Chisinau Municipality represented at the 6th UNESCO International Conference of Learning Cities
The Chisinau City Hall informs that since today, March 2, this year, the modules categories of the "eu.chisinau.md" portal has been extended, through which citizens can notify local authorities about important problems in the capital, on different fields.
Currently, in addition to the first two modules that have been testing since December 2019 (lighting, traffic lights and garbage collection), new categories have been added to the online platform (including the mobile application): unauthorized trading; unauthorized construction; roads, pits and road signs; stray dogs; parks, squares and green areas.
The "eu.chisinau.md" portal also presents the areas of intervention of the responsible municipal services, the number of complaints in progress, as well as the solved cases.
"The goal of the project is to quickly inform the municipality about capital's issues. As we promised, the eu.chisinau.md platform is functional. Through the site, we want to respond quickly and solve in a short time the city's problems," said General Mayor Ion Ceban.
The eu.chisinau.md online project was launched in the testing phase in mid-December last year.
The "eu.chișinau.md" project is implemented by the Chisinau City Hall in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program in Moldova.
