Chisinau City Hall, in cooperation with Alba Iulia City Hall and Vaslui City Hall, organized on 13-17 August the Festival "Chisinau Days in Alba Iulia", 4th edition, and "Chisinau Days in Vaslui", 3rd edition.

The events aimed to celebrate the common cultural heritage and the close ties between the three municipalities.

On this occasion, the General Direction of Culture and Cultural Heritage of Chisinau offered the public from across the Prut a varied program, which included book launches, parades of folk costumes, a traditional get-together organized in the Great Union Citadel and the exhibition "Tramway from Chisinau".

Both in Alba Iulia and Vaslui, the festival culminated with a concert by several Moldovan artists, including the Advahov Brothers Orchestra, Maria Stoianov and the National Folk Music and Dance Ensemble "Fluieraș".

Chisinau City Hall representatives also had several productive meetings with local authorities from Alba Iulia and Vaslui. During the meetings, the Romanian parties shared with their Moldovan colleagues their experience and projects carried out in the social, infrastructure, management, digitalization of local administration or successful implementation of projects with international support.

The "Chisinau Days" in Alba Iulia and Vaslui strengthened not only the common traditions, but also the close ties between the two Romanian cities and our capital.
