The General Mayor of Chisinau, Ion Ceban, received today a visit from His Excellency, the Ambassador of France, Pascal Le Deunff accredited in the Republic of Moldova. His Excellency was accompanied by a group of representatives of the French business environment.

During the discussions, the Mayor told the guests about the ongoing administrative processes within the municipality, about the implementation of infrastructure projects, as well as those projects which are financed by development partners.

We are open to cooperation with all foreign investors and look forward to the development of partnerships in various fields of capital's socio-economic life, including through the public-private partnerships ", said the General Mayor.

In addition, Ion Ceban informed the French official about the actions taken by the municipality in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, and thanked the French Embassy in Chisinau for the support provided last year by the donation made to the Municipal Clinical Hospital "Academician Gheorghe Paladi".  

In his turn, Pascal Le Deunff was open to continuing supporting the municipality in this not easy period, while appreciating the initiatives and projects for the modernization of Chisinau.
