The events dedicated to the Capital's anniversary on the stage of the Great National Assembly Square kicked off on Sunday with an anthology of songs about Chisinau. These are songs from the old days, by famous artists, dedicated to our city: Șicu Aranov, Maria Codreanu, Ludmila Mișova, Efim Balțan, Ion Bass, Ion Suruceanu, Oleg Negruți, etc. which were performed by the stars of now: Mariana Bulicanu, Cristofor Aldea-Teodorovici, Vlad Fotescu, Natalia Tanasiiciuc, Lidia Isac, Radu Dolgan, Ana Odobescu, Igor Turcanu, Vitalie Maciunschi etc.

The artists have managed to preserve the flavor of the songs of the 60s and 70s, transposed to modern arrangements.

They were accompanied by the instrumentalists "Chisinau Jazz Orchestra", artistic director - Petru Haruta and the Municipal Chamber Orchestra "Camerata Chisinau", artistic director - Alexandru Rotaru.

The concert in the Great National Assembly Square continued with songs in a youthful spirit, where the focus was on the music in vogue and vibrant rhythms.

The artists: Mark Stam, Sun Stroke Project, Misha Miller, Andro, Mira, Minelli, DJ Vanotek and Jador put on a great show that brought joy and excitement to all the spectators.
