Ion Ceban, the General mayor, today offered diplomas of gratitude from the municipality to the Romanian medical staff who had worked for 2 weeks together with our specialists, within Public Health Institution " Sfantul Arhanghel Mihail " to treat patients with COVID- 19.
The Mayor of the capital thanked the team from Romania which represents the Arad County Emergency Clinical Hospital for their effort made in treating coronavirus patients. Ion Ceban wanted to point out that in the current situation marked by the pandemic when doctors are fighting a disease, practically unknown the help from abroad means new experiences for doctors in Chisinau and it's a confirmation that medical staff do everything for the patients to recover and return to the their family and also to society.
At the same time the Mayor expressed his gratitude for the support and assistance provided to the Chisinau municipality by Romania during the pandemic with COVID.
In turn the representatives of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations in Romania handed the medal plaque to the General Mayor of and the director of the municipal hospital as a sign of good collaboration.
The 4 specialists from Romania who worked within Public Health Institution "Sfantul Arhanghel Mihail" hospital: Ionuț Vultur Dacian, Attila Detari, Rodica Băginean and Olga Mitreanu are part of the team of 42 doctors and medical workers specializing in anesthesia, intensive care, pneumology and emergency medicine who arrived in the Republic of Moldova at the end of April
Thanks to the activity experience with the 4 Romanian doctors, the Municipal Clinical Hospital "Sfântul Arhanghel Mihail" intends to establish collaboration relations with the Arad County Emergency Clinical Hospital.
