Chisinau City Hall informs that the submission of applications for non-reimbursable funding of cultural projects for the year 2024 will take place until October 23, 2023.

Those interested in a fair and respectful approach in cooperation relations can submit their applications to the General Department of Culture and Cultural Heritage of the Chisinau City Hall, 68 Bucharest Street, 6th floor, office no. 601 or by e-mail at: directia.cultura@pmc.md.

The submitted file must contain the following sections:

1) the applicant's form of financial support of the cultural project which shall contain:

a) title of the project;

b) the general aim of the project proposal;

c) the project idea, objectives, activities and expected results;

d) project summary (maximum 300 words);

e) the total amount of the project proposal;         

(f) co-financing information (if any);

2) documents confirming the legal establishment and functioning of the applicant entity, in the case of legal persons (e.g. association statute and registration certificate, court decision, the constitutive act), copy of identity card, in the case of natural persons;

3) CV of the natural person;

4) the organisational rules of the cultural project;

5) the necessary estimate cost to identify the amount of the Department’s financial participation;

6) a note referring to other partners in the project;

7) declaration of no conflicts of interest;

8) declaration on the project's compliance with legal rules, customs and good practice;

9) consent to the processing of personal data;
