​​​​​​The Local Anti-Corruption Plan for the years 2022-2025 represents a working tool of the Chisinau Local Public Administration (APL) with the mission of designing and ensuring the management of anti-corruption risks and factors while strengthening institutional integrity.

The document comprises 6 priorities derived from the analysis of issues at the level of the Chișinău Local Public Administration, which are coordinated with the priorities outlined in the Anti-Corruption Action Plan approved by the Government.

These priorities are as follows:

1. Strengthening institutional integrity through the proper application of anti-corruption legislation.
2. Efficient and transparent management of municipal assets.
3. Increasing the transparency of the public procurement process.
4. Enhancing the quality of public services provided to citizens.
5. Improving communication with citizens and increasing the transparency of APL activities.
6. Reducing corruption factors in the issuance of permissive documents.

The draft of the Local Anti-Corruption Plan for 2022-2025 was subjected to public consultations starting from November 22, 2021, both on the official website of the City Hall and on the government platform "Particip.gov.md."

Experts in the field and legal professionals specialized in anti-corruption participated in the discussions, providing suggestions for improving the document.
