Chisinau City Hall invites civil society representatives to submit their applications to be nominated as members of the evaluation committee for projects submitted for financing through the Civil Budget Program Chisinau, which is a member of, 2024 edition.

According to the Regulation on the Civil Budget in Chisinau, 4 members, representatives of civil society, with the right to vote, will be part of the commission for the evaluation of projects together with representatives of the local public administration.

The working group consisting of members of civil society and the municipality will have the following tasks: assessing projects from a technical and financial point of view, assessing the eligibility of projects in accordance with the objectives, and, priorities and budget of the Programme etc.

Working areas for which members are sought include: ecology and environmental protection; town and country planning; legal, social and cultural; economic-financial, others.

The members of the group will be appointed by order of the Mayor General, and the Commission will carry out its work in meetings held at the Chisinau City Hall.

The public associations that want to delegate their representatives to the commission should submit their applications by 21 February 2024 to the e-mail address: bugetcivil@pmc.md, with the mention: "I am applying as a member of the working group for the evaluation of projects, expert in the field/experience in field X".
