Chisinau City Hall informs that during the period: 11 - 17 December 2023, the Municipal Enterprise Regia "Exdrupo" carried out several repair and maintenance works on municipal public roads. The road workers intervened mainly in the liquidation of damage situations, caused by frost/thaw cycles, by filling with cold asphalt, on a total area of about 600 m² of roadway.

Most of the work was carried out on main and secondary roads in the capital. Work is also planned for this week on access roads to the suburbs.

At the same time, work continued on the gravel pavement at the intersection of Socoleni and Calea Orheiului streets, where an additional turning lane is being laid.

At the same time, more than 170 rainwater catchments have been repaired or cleaned of organic waste and debris to prevent clogging.

Also during the past week, public roads, underpasses and public transport waiting stations have been cleaned of snow debris and snow-repellent material by hand.

To ensure safe traffic conditions, about 100 road signs were repaired or maintained.

On bd. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt (PMAN), about 50 pieces of road delineators were installed. Also on the central boulevard, about 50 anti-parking bollards have been restored to limit the access of cars to pedestrian spaces and green areas.
