The Chisinau Municipality reports that social assistants and volunteers helping the municipality's citizens during the COVID-19 epidemic will use an online application to quickly perform tasks.

Thus, to access information about the addresses of beneficiaries who applied for help through the green line of the General Department of Social Assistance and Health, a mobile application (Workforce) was launched through the ArcGIS online platform.

Volunteers and social assistants receive tasks from operators in the sectoral subdivisions of social assistance and include them in the system, and employees in the field view and solve them. At the end of the missions, the users of the application place pictures with their fulfillment.

It should be noted that during the testing period, 200 requests were processed daily through the green line of the General Department of Social Assistance and Health.
