Chisinau City Hall informs that on March 29, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., will take place the public land auction on the sale-purchase of land within the municipality. The event will take place in the meeting room of the Central District Hall, 43 Bulgarian Street.

16 plots of land with various uses are on display: residential complex zone C2-R6, residential building zone R3, object compatible with zone S, object compatible with zone C7, individual residential building zone R2, etc.

The plots selected for auction range in size from 0.0379 ha to 1.6521 ha and the initial price ranges from 500 000 MDL to 50 000 000 MDL.

The auction is open to private individuals and legal entities from the Republic of Moldova, as well as foreign investors. Interested persons must submit the following documents to the organizer - Agency "Capitalimobil" Ltd., 43 Armeneasca Street, no later than 24 hours before the auction takes place:

- application in the established form;

- extract from the State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs (for legal entities);

- power of attorney (in case of participation by a representative);

- copy of identity document;

- bank document confirming payment of the down payment in the amount of 10% of the initial price and the participation fee.
