The Chisinau City Hall informs that on December 13, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., there will be a land auction with a call for sale-purchase and to obtain the right to conclude a lease contract for land within the municipal territory. The event will be held in the meeting room of the Central District Office, Bulgarian Street, 43.

At the contest are exposed for sale-purchase 19 plots of land with various purposes: objects compatible with zones R1, R2, R3, S, C7, housing-individual buildings, areas for adjacent land owners and 3 lots for leasehold right, car parking lot, provisional.

The lots selected for auction have areas ranging from 0.029 ha to 0.6141 ha, and the initial price ranges from 150 000 MDL to 6 000 000 MDL.

The auction is open to Moldovan individuals and legal entities, as well as foreign investors.

Interested persons shall submit the following documents to the organizer - "Capitalimobil" Agency Ltd., 43 Armenească str:

- application in the established form;

- extract from the State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs (for legal entities);

- power of attorney (in case of participation through a representative);

- copy of identity card;

- bank document confirming the payment of the deposit of 10% of the initial price and the participation fee.
