Development of the digital library project " online Education" as of 03.01.2022

The Chisinau City Hall informs that at the end of December 2021, the electronic library "Educatieonline.md" was replenished with 7674 video lessons, including 4512 in Romanian and 3162 in Russian language.

A new section "Online Security" has been created on the site, where 12 videos are posted on topics related to online reputation and friendship, communication with virtual friends: 6 in Romanian and 6 in Russian languages, developed in partnership with the International Center "La Strada".

According to data provided by Google Analytics, for the entire period of the project, 569,029 new users were registered on the www.educatieonline.md website, and the library pages were viewed 5473889 times from the Republic of Moldova (76.39%), Romania (20.67%) and other countries such as the USA, Germany, Ukraine, Italy, Great Britain, Russia, France and China

The most active users are between 25 and 34 years old, followed by the age category 18-24 and 35-44 years. The most viewed lessons in Romanian are mathematics, class I (20,000 views), and those in Russian: chemistry, class V (5,400 views)

The number of visits to the Facebook page during the entire project is 1,872,293.

From October 1 to December 30, 2021, 145 local trainers from the municipality of Chisinau and 156 local trainers from the regions of the republic were trained in the course "Didactics of using the electronic library www.educatieonline.md . In cooperation with local OLSDÎ they organized trainings,  which were more than 3500 teachers from the Republic of Moldova took part. Thus, the use of the electronic library now has a national scope.

In October 2021, the third round of the "Online Education Without Borders" Project was launched, in which 1734 institutions from the Republic of Moldova and Romania registered, which will collaborate virtually until the end of the school year (May 2022) in the basis of the digital resources provided by the library.
