The General Mayor of Chisinau Municipality, Ion Ceban, represented the capital of the Republic of Moldova at the European Mayors Summit, held on October 21-22, 2024, in Strasbourg, France.

This high-level event brings together mayors from across Europe and the newly elected members of the European Parliament, providing a platform to discuss visions and priorities for the next mandate of the European Union.

At the summit, mayors had the opportunity to share best practices and discuss collaboration with the European Parliament.

In this way, the mayor of the capital city emphasized the importance of international partnerships for the sustainable development of Chisinau.
