The Chisinau Municipality informs that on December 25-31, 2019, a team of veterinarians, representatives of the municipal service for trapping stray animals from Kiev (Ukraine) will work in the Center for Sterilization of Stray Dogs from Chisinau.

The purpose of the visit of Ukrainian specialists is to train employees of specialized municipal services on the use of humane practices for trapping stray animals and their sterilization.

We mention that such activities to sterilize stray animals in the capital were carried out earlier, including throughout the year. The first mission, led by Romanian veterinarians, was held in Chisinau in March, and the second in May 2019. Representatives of the international organization World Vets participated in it.
