The Chisinau City Hall is considering the possibility of setting up a parking management service to help solve the current problems related to car parking, as the capital is undergoing continuous development and modernization.

Thus, the citizens of the city are invited to participate in a survey in order to identify effective solutions for parking management.

Thus we will:

• Improve urban traffic: A well-managed paid parking system can reduce congestion, help streamline traffic and reduce time spent searching for a parking space; and;
• Increasing availability of parking spaces: By optimizing the use of available spaces, we will be able to provide more parking for residents and visitors;
• Generate revenue for city development: Funds from parking services can be reinvested in urban infrastructure, such as street rehabilitation, pavement modernization and the creation of new green spaces, facilities for the use of alternative transport;
• Promote the use of alternative means of transport: The implementation of a paid parking system can encourage the use of public transport, bicycles and other environmentally friendly means of transport, thereby contributing to the reduction of pollution.
