Chisinau City Hall informs that as a project partner within the Transnational Danube Program 2014-2020 initiated several activities for the implementation of the projects "AGORA - Advanced CoGeneration Options for the Reintegration of Local Assets and" ARCHEODANUBE - Archaeological parks in urban areas as a tool sustainable local development ".
The progress, the challenges, as well as the activities of the projects were discussed during a documentary visit to the Chisinau City Hall of the representatives of the Office of Management of External Assistance Programs.
The officials discussed the topics regarding the level of progress of the feasibility study for the renovation of the National Creative Center "Moldovan Village Buciumul", the elaboration of the draft Urban Regeneration Agenda of Chisinau, as well as the results of think-tank workshops.
The "AGORA - Advanced CoGeneration Options for Reintegrating Local Assets" project under the "Interreg Danube Transnational Program", funded by the European Union, is an initiative that aims to develop a platform for policy instruments, empowering 10 cities in the Danube region to become pillars, catalysts and mediators for the reintroduction of unused / underused land and buildings in the productive value chain of cities.
