The employees of the City Hall together with the General Mayor, Ion Ceban, planted about 70 decorative trees on the public space under renovation.

Thus, the citizens will be able to admire tree spieces in the green area, such as: black pine, large-leaved linden, sakura (Japanese cherry), maple and red oak and hybrid magnolia.

The landscaping project of Pushkin Hill square, which is in the process of rehabilitation, was carried out with the support of the Polish Embassy in the Republic of Moldova.

Also here, the municipality laid out pedestrian walkways, connected public lighting, installed benches and trash cans.

Municipal services have also set up a fitness field and a playground for children.

The total investments in this project are about 1.6 million MDL, of which the municipality’s contribution is about 1.2 million MDL. The other part of the amount comes from the Polish Embassy.
