Chisinau City Hall invites residents and interested parties to participate in the public consultations on the project "Zonal urban plan for the territory adjacent to bd. Mircea cel Batrin and Bucovina St."

The event will take place on November 25, 2024, at 3.00 p.m., in the conference room of the Ciocana City District, blvd. Mircea cel Batrin, 4/3.

The public consultations are organized by the Ciocana City District, based on the provision of the Deputy Mayor of Chisinau municipality no. 504-d of 31 October 2024 "On the organization of public consultations on the project "Zonal Urban Plan for the territory adjacent to blvd. Mircea cel Batrin and Bucovina str.".

The aim of the project is to develop residential functions, public services, commercial/administrative, educational and health functions, complementary facilities and services, maintenance and development of green areas of general use and recreation/amenity areas within the territory of the perimeter of bd. Mircea cel Batrin - Bucovina str. - Nicolae Milescu Spatarul str. - M. Sadoveanu str.

The general objective of the project is to approve the urban-architectural solutions, spatial systematization and functional regulation of the study area, with a total area of approx. 128 ha.

General categories of issues to be addressed in the Zonal Urban Plan:

• organization of the road network;
• functional zoning of land;
• assignment of a function appropriate to the study area;
• urban-architectural organization according to the characteristics of the urban structure;
• urban planning indexes and indicators (alignment, height, POT, CUT, etc.);
• the development of infrastructure;
• legal status and movement of land;
• architectural-urban organization by determining the location of new buildings and their fitting into a coherent overall solution;
• functional and aesthetic relationships with the neighborhood;
• ensuring the accessibility of buildings to the traffic in the area;
• detailed specific regulations (permissions and restrictions) included in the local urban planning regulation related to the PUZ.

The beneficiary of the project is the General Department of Architecture, Urbanism and Land Relations of the Chisinau Municipal Council and the general designer: the Municipal Institute of Projects "CHISINAUPROIECT".
