The Chisinau City Hall informs that over 3,300 students and 500 teachers from the five art schools in the capital currently benefit from improved activity and studying conditions.

Thus, in terms of cultural development, the municipality has invested financial resources over the past 4 years for the needs of music and art institutions in the capital. The contribution from the municipal budget has been directed towards projects to rehabilitate the infrastructure of buildings and acquire new musical instruments.

Year 2019

- "Alexei Stârcea" School of Arts - 220 thousand MDL for repairing the damaged portion of the roof.

- "Valeriu Poleakov" School of Arts - 192 thousand MDL for repairing the sanitary block.

Year 2020

- All Schools of Arts - 600 thousand MDL for supplementing the technical-material base with technical equipment.

- "Valeriu Poleakov" School of Arts - 240 thousand MDL for repairing the sanitary block.

- "Alexei Stârcea" School of Arts - 220 thousand MDL for repairing the roof.

- "Maria Bieșu" Music School - 195 thousand MDL for installing the stage curtain and theatrical podium.

Year 2021

- All Schools of Arts - 600 thousand MDL for supplementing the technical-material base with technical equipment.

- All Schools of Arts - 155 thousand MDL for purchasing piano benches.

- All Schools of Arts - 800 thousand MDL for purchasing the fire prevention system.

- "Valeriu Poleakov" School of Arts - 440 thousand MDL for major repairs to the roof and sanitary groups on the 4th floor.
