On Thursday, November 30, 2023, in the "Class of the Future" auditorium at the "Ion Creangă" State Pedagogical University in Chisinau, the conference "Family, School, Community: Inclusion in Action" will take place.

The event aims to raise awareness in civil society about the issues faced by parents and students with special educational needs, and to strengthen inclusive practices, in the context of marking the "International Day of Persons with Disabilities."

The conference program includes the following activities:

3:00 PM – 5:30 PM Workshop: "Children with Special Educational Needs in the Educational Process." Participants: teaching and administrative staff, psychologists, and resource center workers from general education institutions.

6:00 PM – 8:10 PM Workshop: "The Role of the Family in the Integration of Children with Special Educational Needs in Society." Participants: parents of children with special educational needs.

The event is organized by the General Directorate of Education, Youth, and Sports in collaboration with the Association of Intellectual Games from the Republic of Moldova.

The Chisinau municipality encourages interested individuals to actively participate in the workshops and contribute to the creation of a more inclusive and responsive society to the needs of all its members.
