Chisinau City Hall and PA Fotbal Club Chisinau signed on Wednesday a cooperation agreement to promote sport performance among children, healthy lifestyle and football among the citizens of the capital.

The General Mayor, Ion Ceban signed the Cooperation Agreement on behalf of the municipality. On this occasion, the mayor reiterated the involvement of the Chisinau City Hall and the efforts of the local public authorities for the development of local football, given the increased interest of the young generation in the practice of the king sport.

"We want our students, including children from modest families, through our support, to represent us successfully, both in big teams and in top sports competitions," said Mr. Ion Ceban.

At the same time, the General Mayor added that the junior teams of F.C. Chisinau will be supported by creating conditions for the participation of the divisional groups in national and international competitions, as well as in the national teams of the Republic of Moldova.

On the other hand, F.C. Chisinau undertakes to select and train up to 100 children, juniors from the capital, aged between 6 and 18, from different social backgrounds, including children at risk. Training them with qualified coaches and providing these children with the necessary sports equipment to participate in competitions.

The Chisinau City Hall supports all children from the capital who practice a healthy way of life and who want to achieve high performance through football.
